October 31, 2011My kids know when I get something in my head they might as well just DO it and get it over with.. Well my stong willed 8 year old put up a bit of a fight. I suggested poses and he kinda made his own.. and ultimately in the end.. he was right. 
He didn’t like the way I asked him to hold the football.. then he didn’t like his hair NOT being over his eye.. he said covering one made him look tougher.. All in all he was right.. he looks pretty tough.. I liked the black and white.. but HE loved the color.. there.. I still think I’m right. 
Don’t worry Wilson is next.. he just was at a friends house so he narrowly escaped this round.
SO Today I went to get my hair done and decided to get a little funky and get some feathers in my hair. (Chris Cain Ohair in Hoover) Well my boys thought I looked cool and Wilson wanted to take some pics.. How can I say no?? We discussed in great detail the importance of getting the “box” over my eyes.. or at least on my face in general.. he did great! When I was resizing them I was all excited that they were cute and he said.. Look mom.. taking pictures is cool and all but I’m going to be a umpire when I get older so just remember that.. HA HA HA
